Frequently asked questions

Do I need to show proof of vaccination or a negative test result when arriving in the hotel?
You do not need to present a negative test result or proof of vaccination when arriving in the hotel.

 Can I cancel or change my booking?

  • Booked via (online) travel agent: Please contact the agent where you have made the booking. As you have not made the booking directly with us, we do not know the cancellation and/or change policy of your reservation and we can not change or cancel the booking.
  • Booked with the hotel directly (via phone/email/hotel website):
    • Flexible/Standard rate: You can check the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation.
    • Non refundable: It is not possible to cancel and receive (any) refund. A change of dates will not be possible.
  • Booked via online booking website (Booking.com/Expedia/Hotels.com/Agoda/Tripadvisor):
