Who are we looking for?

  • You consistently surprise guests and us with your problem-solving and creative abilities.
  • You are a true connector, ensuring that guests keep coming back.
  • You are proactive and identify tasks that need to be done.
  • You get energized by the questions our guests ask; nothing is too much for you.
  • You speak multiple languages; Dutch and English are preferred. It’s a bonus if you also speak German, French, or Spanish. This is not a must, as everything can be learned!

What will you do?

  • Welcome, check-in, and check-out guests.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Provide guests with necessary general and tourist information.
  • Perform light administrative tasks.
  • Assist colleagues from breakfast, reservations, and housekeeping if needed.

What do we offer?

  • Room to be yourself. We find this extremely important.
  • A 38-hour work week, for 7 months, with the possibility of extension.
  • Flexible working hours – Morning or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Salary in accordance with the hospitality CAO – job group 5.
  • 8% holiday pay.
  • Automatic pension accrual.
  • 25 vacation days (based on a 38-hour work week).
