XO Hotels Infinity is a comfortable and convenient base for discovering Amsterdam, whether you're visiting for a city break, a family holiday, a trip with friends, or a business stay.
Located in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, the hotel combines comfortable rooms, practical amenities, and easy access to public transport, helping you enjoy the city without necessarily paying for a hotel in the busy city centre.
The tram stop is right outside the hotel, allowing you to reach the heart of Amsterdam in approximately 25 minutes. Across the street, you'll find shopping centre Plein ’40-’45, with shops and a market on selected days, giving you convenient access to everyday essentials, shopping, and local food options.
Your room is designed to help you relax after a day out, with a comfortable bed, a private bathroom featuring a rain shower, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a desk, and coffee and tea-making facilities. You can also start your day with the hotel's breakfast buffet, offering a selection of hot and cold items.

When you book directly through the official XO Hotels website, you can also benefit from direct-booking advantages, including a 10% discount and free late check-out until 12:00 noon.

If you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep, convenient transport connections, and practical facilities for exploring Amsterdam, XO Hotels Infinity offers a straightforward alternative to staying in the city centre itself.

"XO Hotels Infinity isn't in Amsterdam's city centre. Am I sacrificing convenience, comfort, or valuable holiday time by staying here?"

That's a fair question. If you want to step straight out of your hotel into Amsterdam's busiest shopping streets, canals, and nightlife, a hotel in the city centre may be more suitable. XO Hotels Infinity is located in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, approximately 4 km from the city centre, so you'll need to factor public transport into your plans.
The advantage is that getting around is straightforward. Tram 7 stops at Plein '40-'45, directly outside the hotel, and takes approximately 25 minutes to reach the city centre. The tram generally runs every 10–15 minutes until around midnight. Schiphol Airport is also accessible by direct GVB bus 369, with a journey of approximately 40 minutes.
You can also enjoy practical conveniences close to the hotel, including the Plein '40-'45 shopping centre and its market, rather than having to travel into the centre for every everyday need.
Inside the hotel, you'll find comfortable beds, private bathrooms with showers, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, and coffee and tea-making facilities. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and staff are available to welcome you and provide assistance.
In other words, the choice comes down to your priorities: if you value convenient transport, practical amenities, and a comfortable place to return to after exploring Amsterdam, XO Hotels Infinity is worth considering. If being within walking distance of the main attractions is essential to you, compare the location carefully before booking.

"Will staying outside the city centre make our Amsterdam trip less enjoyable?"

Not necessarily. You can spend your days exploring Amsterdam's canals, museums, restaurants, and attractions, then return to a comfortable room away from the busiest central streets. With a tram stop directly outside the hotel and an approximately 25-minute journey to the centre, you can plan your sightseeing without needing to stay in the middle of the tourist crowds. Just remember to account for travel time when planning evenings out.

"Can we stay together comfortably without booking several separate rooms?"

XO Hotels Infinity offers several room types for different group sizes. You can choose an Economy Double Room for two people, a Twin or Double Room for two, a Triple Room for three, or a Quadruple Room for four. The Quadruple Room measures 28 m², while the Triple Room measures 18 m². This gives you options for travelling together, although the best choice depends on how much space you need and your preferred bed arrangement.

"Is XO Hotels Infinity practical if I need reliable Wi-Fi and somewhere to work?"

Yes. The rooms include free high-speed Wi-Fi, a desk, a flat-screen TV, and coffee and tea-making facilities. These features make it practical to check emails, prepare for meetings, or work on a laptop from your room. The hotel is also accessible by public transport. If you need a dedicated meeting room or specific business facilities, confirm their availability before booking.

"Will I really save money by staying here, or will transport and other extras cancel out the savings?"

XO Hotels Infinity gives you an alternative to staying directly in the city centre, while keeping Amsterdam's attractions accessible by tram. When comparing hotels, consider the total cost of your stay, including the room rate, transport, breakfast if required, and parking if you're travelling by car. Direct bookings through the official XO Hotels website offer a 10% discount and free late check-out until 12:00 noon. The hotel does not have private parking, and street parking nearby is paid.

"Will I be able to check in if I arrive late at night, and is someone available if I need help?"

Yes. The reception at XO Hotels Infinity is open 24 hours a day, so late arrivals are possible. If the entrance door is closed when you arrive, ring the bell and the staff will let you in. You can also use the self-service check-in kiosks. This gives you the flexibility to arrive outside standard daytime hours while knowing that hotel staff are available.

"Will I have to rush out of my room early on departure day?"

Standard check-out is before 11:00. If you book directly with XO Hotels, the first hour of late check-out, until 12:00 noon, is free. Additional late check-out may be available for a fee, subject to availability. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out, allowing you to enjoy more of Amsterdam before departing.

XO Hotels Infinity offers several room types designed to suit different budgets, travel companions, and space requirements. Whether you're travelling alone, visiting Amsterdam as a couple, or sharing a room with a friend, choosing the right category helps you understand how much space you'll have and which sleeping arrangement to expect.
According to the official XO Hotels Infinity room descriptions, the main differences include room size, bed configuration, and the number of guests each room accommodates.

Economy Double Room
1 or 2 guests · 12 m² · 1 queen-size bed
A compact, budget-conscious option for two people. The bed is positioned against one wall or has very limited space around it, so this room is best if you prioritise affordability and a comfortable place to sleep over extra floor space.

Twin/Double Room
1 or 2 guests · 16 m² · 2 single beds or 1 queen-size bed
A more spacious option for couples or friends. Choose the Double configuration if you want to share one bed, or the Twin configuration if you prefer separate beds. The walk-in shower has both a rain shower and a hand shower.

Triple Room
1, 2 or 3 guests · 18 m² · 3 single beds
Designed for three people travelling together, with three individual box-spring beds. This is a practical choice for friends, colleagues or a small family who want to share one room.

Quadruple Room
1, 2, 3 or 4 guests · 28 m² · 4 single beds or 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds
The largest of these room categories, offering more space for families or groups of four. The available bed configuration allows you to choose the arrangement that best suits your travelling party.

Single Room
1 guest · 13 m² · 1 single bed
Ideal if you're travelling alone and want your own private room without paying for space intended for two or more people. The room includes a private bathroom and the same core amenities as the other categories.

Room capacities, sizes and bed configurations are based on the hotel's published room descriptions.

"What do all room types have in common?"
All five room categories include air conditioning and heating, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen television, coffee and tea-making facilities, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom with a shower. Towels, bed linen and toiletries are included. The hotel is entirely non-smoking.

“Will I end up in a tiny room if I book the cheapest option, and is it worth paying more for a larger room?”

The main difference between the Economy Double Room and the standard Twin/Double Room is space and bed placement. The Economy Double Room measures 12 m², and its queen-size bed is positioned against a wall or has very limited space around it. If you only need somewhere comfortable to sleep after exploring Amsterdam, this may be sufficient.
The standard Twin/Double Room measures 16 m², giving you more floor space and greater flexibility in how you sleep. This can make a difference if you're travelling with a partner, have several suitcases, or prefer not to have the bed positioned against a wall.
If you're travelling with three or four people, booking the appropriate Triple or Quadruple Room is important. XO Hotels Infinity does not provide extra beds that can be added to an existing room, so you should select accommodation that matches the number of guests from the start.

Room rates depend on your dates, occupancy, availability and booking conditions. Compare the total prices for your stay rather than assuming that the cheapest room will always offer the best value.

“Which room should we choose if we want to share a bed and still have enough space?”

Choose the standard Twin/Double Room in its Double configuration if you want one queen-size bed and more room to move around. The Economy Double Room is an alternative if keeping your accommodation budget low matters more than having additional space.

“Can we have separate beds rather than share one?”

Yes. Select the Twin configuration of the standard Twin/Double Room for two separate single beds. If three people are travelling together, the Triple Room provides three single beds.

“Can four of us stay together without squeezing into a small double room?”

Yes. The Quadruple Room accommodates up to four guests and measures 28 m². Depending on the available configuration, you can choose four single beds or one queen-size bed and two single beds. Children aged three and older need their own bed. One child up to two years old can stay free in the parents' room, subject to the hotel's conditions; a cot can be requested in advance.

“Is the Single Room comfortable, and will I have my own bathroom?”

Yes. The 13 m² Single Room is designed for one guest and includes a private bathroom with a shower, as well as Wi-Fi, a television and coffee and tea facilities. Please note that the Single Rooms do not have an in-room safe, so plan accordingly if this facility is important to you.

“Should I book a larger room even if there are only two of us?”

It may be worth considering the standard Twin/Double Room instead of the Economy Double Room. Its additional 4 m² can make it easier to manage your luggage and move around. If you have specific space or accessibility requirements, contact the hotel before booking to discuss the most suitable option.

XO Hotels Infinity is a three-star hotel that welcomes different types of travellers throughout the year. You don't need to fit a particular traveller profile to feel at home here. What matters most is whether the hotel's location, room type and facilities suit your plans.
- If you're visiting Amsterdam for sightseeing, you can use the tram stop opposite the hotel to reach the city centre, while enjoying shops, restaurants and local amenities close by.
- If you're travelling as a couple, you can choose a Double Room for a shared bed or a Twin Room if you prefer separate beds.
- If you're travelling with children or friends, Triple and Quadruple Rooms allow up to three or four guests to stay together, subject to the room's occupancy limits.
- If you're travelling for work, rooms include a desk and free Wi-Fi, while the hotel's public transport connections can help you reach meetings elsewhere in Amsterdam.
- If you're visiting on a limited budget, the hotel offers a practical alternative to accommodation in the historic centre, without requiring you to give up a private room and bathroom.

It's worth knowing what the hotel is—and what it isn't. XO Hotels Infinity is a practical three-star hotel rather than a luxury resort, and its location is outside the historic city centre. There are no lunch or diner options in the hotel itself and no parking. If you want to walk straight out into Amsterdam's canal district or expect extensive leisure facilities, another hotel may be a better fit. If you value comfortable accommodation, convenient transport and everyday amenities nearby, Infinity is worth considering.

“Will my children feel welcome at XO Hotels Infinity, and can we all stay in one room?”

Yes, families are welcome at XO Hotels Infinity. Depending on your family size, you can choose a room for two, three or four guests. A child up to two years old can stay free of charge under the hotel's conditions, and a baby cot can be requested in advance. Children aged three and older need their own bed and must be included in the room occupancy.
The nearby shopping area is useful for picking up everyday essentials, while the tram stop opposite the hotel makes it easier to explore Amsterdam with children. Because extra beds cannot be added to existing rooms, make sure you select a room with sufficient capacity when booking.

“Is XO Hotels Infinity a good choice for a couple's city break, or should we stay closer to Amsterdam's nightlife?”

XO Hotels Infinity can be a good choice if you want a comfortable private room and are happy to travel by public transport to reach Amsterdam's main attractions. You can spend the day exploring museums, canals, restaurants and shops before returning to the hotel to relax.
However, if your priority is being within walking distance of late-night bars, clubs and the historic centre, consider how much travelling you're willing to do. Infinity's location is more suited to guests who don't mind using public transport in exchange for a neighbourhood setting and practical amenities nearby.

“Can I stay at XO Hotels Infinity for work, or is it primarily intended for holidaymakers?”

Business travellers are welcome at XO Hotels Infinity. Rooms include a desk, free Wi-Fi, coffee and tea facilities, and a private bathroom, providing the essentials for a practical business stay. The hotel's transport connections can also be useful if you have appointments across Amsterdam.
If your work requires meeting rooms, printing facilities or specialised business services, contact the hotel before booking to confirm whether your specific requirements can be accommodated.

“Is XO Hotels Infinity suitable if I'm travelling alone, or will I feel out of place among families and groups?”

Absolutely. You can book a Single Room for your own private space, or choose another room type if you prefer more room. The hotel welcomes individual travellers as well as couples, families, friends and colleagues.
The 24-hour reception provides assistance throughout the day and night, while the tram stop directly opposite the hotel makes it convenient to explore Amsterdam independently. Nearby shops and restaurants also give you practical options without having to travel far every time you need something.

“Does staying at XO Hotels Infinity mean sacrificing comfort just to save money?”

Not necessarily. XO Hotels Infinity offers private rooms with their own bathrooms, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and coffee and tea facilities. You can choose a room category that matches your budget and the amount of space you need.
Its location outside the historic centre can be an advantage if you prefer to balance accommodation costs with easy access to public transport. You should, however, include transport costs and travel time in your decision, and compare room prices for your specific dates before booking.

In short: XO Hotels Infinity is suitable for a broad range of guests, from solo visitors and couples to families, groups of friends and business travellers. The best fit depends on your reason for visiting Amsterdam, the space you need and how you prefer to get around the city.

At XO Hotels Infinity, the view depends on the individual room and its location within the building. You should not assume that every room offers a panoramic city view, overlooks a green area, or has a particular outlook.
The hotel is located on Slotermeerlaan in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, opposite the Plein ’40-’45 shopping area. Depending on your room's position, you may look out towards the surrounding neighbourhood and buildings.
If having a particular view is important to you, we recommend contacting the hotel before your arrival. The reception team can note your preference and will do their best to accommodate it, although a specific view, floor or room location cannot be guaranteed before arrival.

“Can I request a room with a pleasant view for a special weekend in Amsterdam?”

Yes, you can contact XO Hotels Infinity before your arrival to request a room with a preferred view. The team will make a note of your request and do its best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Please note that requests are not guaranteed, so if the view is particularly important for your stay, we recommend discussing your preference with the hotel before booking.

“Can I request a room overlooking a quieter area rather than a busy street?”

You can request a room in a quieter location within the hotel. The team will do its best to take your preference into account, but a specific room location cannot be guaranteed. If you are a light sleeper, let the hotel know before arrival so your request can be noted.

“Will my room have a window and natural daylight?”

If natural daylight is important to you, we recommend contacting XO Hotels Infinity directly to confirm the window arrangements for your preferred room type. The hotel's published room descriptions do not guarantee a particular window orientation or amount of daylight for every room.

For any specific preference regarding your view, floor or room location, you can contact the hotel at info@xohotelsinfinity.com or call +31 20 613 4568.

Check-out at XO Hotels Infinity is before 11:00 AM on your departure day. Please make sure you leave your room by this time so our housekeeping team can prepare it for the next guest.
If you book directly through the official XO Hotels website, you can benefit from free late check-out until 12:00 noon, subject to the applicable booking conditions. If you need to stay even longer, late check-out may be available until 3:00 PM for an additional charge of €10 per hour after the standard check-out time, subject to availability.

“What if my flight leaves late and I don't want to leave my room at 11:00 AM?”

We understand that an early check-out can be inconvenient when you have a late flight or want to enjoy your last day in Amsterdam without rushing.
At XO Hotels Infinity, you have several options:
- Book directly: Enjoy free late check-out until 12:00 noon, subject to the applicable booking conditions.
- Request additional time: If you would like to stay beyond noon, you can ask reception about extending your check-out until a maximum of 3:00 PM. This costs €10 per hour after the standard 11:00 AM check-out time and depends on availability.
- Leave your luggage with us: If you need to leave your room at 11:00 AM but want to continue exploring Amsterdam, you can store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge on your departure day.
Please contact reception in advance if you would like to arrange a late check-out. Staying in your room beyond the agreed departure time without approval may result in additional charges.

“Can I leave my bags at the hotel after check-out and explore Amsterdam before going to the airport?”

Absolutely! You can leave your luggage in our luggage room free of charge on your departure day. This means you can enjoy a few more hours in Amsterdam without carrying your suitcases around before heading to the airport.

“Do I have to pay extra if I want to check out at noon and I booked direct with the hotel?”

If you book directly through the official XO Hotels website, you can benefit from free late check-out until 12:00 noon, subject to the applicable booking conditions. Check your reservation details to confirm that this benefit applies to your booking.

“Can I stay in my room until 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM?”

Yes, late check-out until a maximum of 3:00 PM may be possible, depending on availability. The charge is €10 per hour after the standard 11:00 AM check-out time. Please contact reception to confirm availability and arrange the extension before making plans.

At XO Hotels Infinity, you can start your day with a buffet breakfast featuring a selection of hot and cold dishes, bread, pastries, cereals, dairy products, savoury toppings, fruit and vegetables, and hot and cold drinks.
The breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Breakfast costs €15 per person per day and is not automatically included in every room rate. You can check whether breakfast is included in your reservation or add it separately during your stay.

Here's what you can expect at the buffet:
Bread and pastries
White and brown bread, white and brown bread rolls (pistolets), croissants, chocolate pastries, sesame crackers, mini coffee rolls and mini muffins.
Cereals and dairy
Muesli, cornflakes, natural yoghurt and strawberry yoghurt.
Cold cuts, cheese and spreads
Chicken breast, ham, young matured cheese, cumin cheese, spreadable cheese, butter, margarine, strawberry jam, blueberry jam, chocolate spread, honey and speculoos spread.
Hot breakfast items
Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, white beans, rösti (potato patties), chicken sausages and small meatballs.
Fruit and vegetables
Fruit in syrup, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and potato salad. Bananas, apples and mandarins rotate daily, so the selection of fresh fruit varies.
Hot and cold drinks
Coffee, cappuccino, espresso, latte macchiato, hot chocolate, tea, orange juice, multivitamin juice, apple juice, milk, warm milk and soy milk.
Condiments and extras
Salt, pepper, mayonnaise, ketchup, plain dressing, coffee creamer, sugar and sweeteners.
The exact selection may vary depending on product availability.

“Is the breakfast at XO Hotels Infinity worth €15, or will I be left with only a basic continental breakfast?”

If you're wondering whether breakfast offers enough choice to justify the price, XO Hotels Infinity serves more than just bread and coffee. The buffet includes both hot and cold options, allowing you to put together a breakfast that suits your appetite and preferences.
You can choose a continental breakfast with bread, croissants, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt and cereals, or opt for hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken sausages, rösti and white beans. Fruit, vegetables and a range of hot and cold drinks are also available.
This variety makes the buffet suitable whether you prefer a light breakfast before sightseeing or a more substantial meal before a full day exploring Amsterdam.
Breakfast costs €15 per person per day. If your room rate does not include breakfast, you can decide whether to add it rather than assuming it is part of your accommodation price.

“Will my children find something they like at the breakfast buffet?”

The buffet offers several familiar options for children, including bread, croissants, mini muffins, cornflakes, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, fruit and hot chocolate. Milk and juice are also available.
Because tastes and dietary needs vary, we recommend checking the available products when you arrive if your child has particular preferences or food restrictions.

“Can I have a satisfying vegetarian breakfast at XO Hotels Infinity?”

Yes, you can select from a range of vegetarian items, including bread, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, cheese, eggs, fruit and vegetables. Hot options such as scrambled or boiled eggs may also suit your preferences.
Please note that the buffet includes meat products, and individual ingredients should be checked if you follow a strict vegetarian diet.

“I'm vegan. Will there be enough breakfast options for me, or should I make other arrangements?”

XO Hotels Infinity does not offer a dedicated vegan breakfast or provide additional vegan products on request. Soy milk is available as an alternative to dairy milk, but this does not mean that the other buffet products are suitable for a vegan diet.
If you follow a strict vegan diet, we recommend contacting the hotel before booking breakfast to discuss the available options and deciding whether the buffet meets your needs.

“Can I get a gluten-free breakfast if I have coeliac disease or need to avoid gluten?”

XO Hotels Infinity does not provide dedicated gluten-free breakfast options on request. Although the buffet includes a variety of products, we cannot guarantee that suitable alternatives or measures to prevent cross-contamination will be available.
If you have coeliac disease or a medically necessary gluten-free diet, please contact the hotel before your stay to discuss your requirements. You should not assume that the standard buffet is suitable for your dietary needs.

“Is there an alternative to regular cow's milk for my coffee or cereal?”

Yes, soy milk is available at breakfast as an alternative to regular milk. However, other plant-based milk alternatives are not part of the standard offering, and additional alternatives cannot be provided on request.

“Can I have a light, fresh breakfast instead of a large cooked meal?”

Absolutely. You can choose a lighter combination of muesli, yoghurt, bread, fruit, cucumber and tomato, accompanied by coffee, tea or juice. Bananas, apples and mandarins rotate daily, so the fresh fruit selection can vary.

“What time is breakfast served, and can I eat before heading out for an early flight or sightseeing trip?”

Breakfast at XO Hotels Infinity is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. This gives you the opportunity to eat before heading into Amsterdam for sightseeing, shopping or other activities.
If you need to leave before 7:00 AM: an early breakfast or takeaway breakfast should not be assumed to be available.

XO Hotels Infinity does not have specially adapted rooms for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. However, the hotel does have an elevator, and all rooms are accessible by elevator.
If you have difficulty walking, use a wheelchair or need a step-free route to your room, we recommend contacting the hotel before booking. Our team can explain the available facilities and help you determine whether the hotel meets your individual needs.
You can contact XO Hotels Infinity at info@xohotelsinfinity.com or by telephone on +31 20 613 4568.

“If the hotel has an elevator, does that mean I can move around the hotel comfortably in a wheelchair?”

Not necessarily. Although XO Hotels Infinity has an elevator serving all rooms, this does not mean that the rooms, bathrooms and all routes throughout the hotel are fully wheelchair accessible.
The hotel does not offer specially adapted accessible rooms, so we cannot guarantee features such as wheelchair-accessible showers, grab rails, wider doorways or sufficient turning space for a wheelchair.
We understand that these details can make a significant difference to your comfort, independence and safety. If you have specific mobility requirements, please contact us before making a reservation so you can make an informed decision about whether our facilities are suitable for you.

“Can I book a wheelchair-accessible room at XO Hotels Infinity?”

Unfortunately, XO Hotels Infinity does not have specially adapted wheelchair-accessible rooms. Although all rooms can be reached by elevator, the hotel cannot guarantee that the room layout or bathroom will accommodate a wheelchair comfortably.
If you require a fully adapted room, we recommend considering Hotel Artemis Amsterdam, which offers a specially equipped MIVA room. Please confirm the specific accessibility features you require before booking.

“I can walk short distances but struggle with stairs. Is XO Hotels Infinity suitable for me?”

XO Hotels Infinity has an elevator, and almost all rooms are accessible by elevator. However, because the hotel does not have specially adapted rooms, we recommend contacting reception before booking to discuss your individual mobility needs and confirm whether the facilities are suitable for you.

“Can I stay at XO Hotels Infinity with an elderly family member who needs extra support getting around?”
That depends on your family member's specific needs. The hotel's elevator may be helpful if using stairs is difficult, but the absence of specially adapted rooms means that certain requirements, particularly regarding bathroom access and wheelchair use, may not be met.

Please contact the hotel before booking and explain the assistance your relative needs. This will help you assess whether XO Hotels Infinity is a comfortable and practical choice for your stay in Amsterdam.

You can reserve with 10% discount through our website, by email, or by phone .

Of course! You can call us 24 hours a day at: +31 20 6134568.

There is a 10% discount on the daily price for all direct bookings made via our own booking site, via email and via phone. The discount is already calculated in our offer.
The price is always lower when you book directly with the hotel, than when you book through an online agent/booking website.

The ability to change or cancel a hotel reservation, and the associated fees, depends entirely on two critical factors: How you made the booking and which rate you selected.
You can always find the definitive rules applicable to your stay on the booking website (before you confirm) or on your official booking confirmation.
1. Direct Booking, Standard Rate
• Method: Booked directly with XO Hotels via our official website, e-mail, or telephone.
• Flexibility: This method typically offers the best and most flexible cancellation policy.
• Why? XO Hotels encourages direct bookings and reward guests with superior terms.
• Policy: Free cancellation deadline of 2:00 PM the day before arrival
2. Online Agent Booking (Standard Rate)
• Method: Booked via a third-party Online Travel Agent (OTA) or booking website (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia).
• Flexibility: The cancellation policy for a standard rate booked through an OTA is usually less flexible than a direct booking.
• Why? While a third party may offer competitive prices, their cancellation terms are stricter, sometimes requiring 48 or 72 hours notice, or involving a different process for changes. You must adhere to the OTA's specific terms, an hotel has no influence.
3. Non-Refundable Reservations
• Method: Booked either directly or via an online agent, specifically choosing a rate labeled as "Non-Refundable," "Advance Purchase," or similar.
• Flexibility: These reservations cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Why? These rates are offered at a discounted price in exchange for the guarantee that the hotel receives the revenue regardless of whether the guest arrives. By accepting the lower price, the guest agrees to waive all flexibility.

Minimum one person per room needs to be 18 years or older on the day of arrival.

If you would like to stay with us with a group (six rooms or more), please contact us by email for a suiting offer

Maximum one child up to 2 years old can stay in the room free of charge. We can, on request, place a cot in the room (free if the room reservation has been made directly with the hotel, otherwise €10 per stay).
For children from 3 years old it is necessary to book and pay for their own bed.

Yes! Official assistance and service dogs are welcome at XO Hotels Infinity, including in all room types, provided the hotel's conditions are met.
Although ordinary pets are not permitted, certified service animals are exempt from this rule. To arrange your stay, you must notify the hotel in advance, provide a valid certificate, and receive the hotel's permission. Your service animal must remain with you throughout your stay.
Please contact the hotel before arrival so the team can confirm the requirements and prepare for your visit. You can reach XO Hotels Infinity at info@xohotelsinfinity.com or +31 20 613 4568.

“I rely on a service animal. Will I be refused a room because XO Hotels Infinity does not allow pets?”

No, the hotel's no-pets policy does not automatically exclude guests who rely on an official service animal. Certified service animals are permitted in all room categories at XO Hotels Infinity, subject to the hotel's conditions.
To avoid difficulties at check-in, please notify the hotel before your arrival, provide a valid certificate and obtain permission in advance. Your service animal must remain with you during your stay.
Please note that this exception applies to official service animals and does not extend to ordinary pets. If you have questions about the documentation required, contact the hotel directly before booking.

“Can I bring my assistance dog if I book a room that is not specially adapted for reduced mobility?”

Yes. Official service animals are permitted in all room types at XO Hotels Infinity, regardless of the room category, provided the hotel's conditions are met. However, the hotel does not offer specially adapted rooms for guests with reduced mobility. If you require particular accessibility features, please contact the hotel before booking to ensure the room meets your needs.

“Can my guide dog stay with me in my room throughout my visit to Amsterdam?”

Yes. Certified guide dogs and other official assistance dogs are permitted in all room types at XO Hotels Infinity. You must inform the hotel in advance, provide a valid certificate, obtain permission, and keep your guide dog with you throughout your stay.

“What do I need to arrange before arriving with my service animal?”

Please email info@xohotelsinfinity.com before your arrival. Let the hotel know that you will be travelling with an official service animal, provide the required valid certificate, and obtain permission before your stay. This allows the team to confirm the arrangements and help ensure a smooth arrival.

No, XO Hotels Infinity does not serve lunch or dinner in its restaurant. The hotel offers a daily breakfast buffet with a selection of hot and cold dishes, served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Breakfast costs €15 per person per day.
However, you won't have to travel far to find something to eat. The hotel is located opposite the Plein ’40-’45 shopping area in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, where you'll find several restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A local market also operates from Tuesday to Saturday.

“If the hotel doesn't serve lunch or dinner, will I have to travel into central Amsterdam every time I want a proper meal?”

Not at all. Although XO Hotels Infinity does not have a lunch or dinner restaurant, you have several dining options close to the hotel.
The Plein ’40-’45 shopping area is directly opposite the hotel and offers restaurants and supermarkets where you can find meals, snacks and groceries. You can also take the tram from the stop opposite the hotel to explore the wider range of restaurants in central Amsterdam.
