How far is Hotel Artemis from the city centre?
The hotel is 7 km from the Dam Square. With a taxi it takes approx. 20 minutes, with the tram it takes approx. 35 minutes and with a bike approx. 25 minutes.
How do I get from Schiphol Airport Amsterdam to Hotel Artemis?
- Taxi: approx. €40, it takes roughly 10 minutes. Please only take a taxi from the designated area.
- Public transport: Bus 369 to stop Antwerpenbaan (20 minutes). From here it is 12 minutes by foot to the hotel. Tickets for 1-5 days are sold from the AKO at Arrival Hall 1 at the airport.
Is it possible to go from Hotel Artemis to the city centre with public transport?
It is possible to reach the centre by tram or metro. The tram stop is located at 12 minutes walking distance from the hotel, the metro stop is located at 12 minutes walking. Of course we will explain you where to get the tram or metro. The hotel does not sell tickets for the public transportation. You can find more information on where to buy them on the website of the GVB.

- To Dam Square : tram 2 (direction Centraal Station) to Paleisstraat (25 minutes) from the stop Louwesweg (12 minutes walk).
- To Leidse Square / Museum Square: tram 2 (direction Centraal Station) to Leidseplein (21 minutes) or Museumplein (18 minutes, Rijksmuseum / Van Gogh Museum) from the stop Louwesweg (12 minutes walk).
To Amsterdam Central Station?
Metro 51 (direction Centraal Station) to Centraal Station (25 minutes) from the stop Henk Sneevlietweg (15 minutes walk).
To RAI Congress Centre?
Metro 51 (direction Centraal Station) to Station RAI (8 minutes) from the stop Henk Sneevlietweg (15 minutes walk).
How do I get to Hotel Artemis by car?
Hotel Artemis is situated close to the highways A10 and A4. Visit Google Maps to plan your route to the hotel.
The hotel has its own underground parking. The costs are €4 per hour, with a maximum of €20 per 24 hours. A reservation is not possible, but there are enough spaces for everyone. We have charging stations for electric cars.
