Rooms are available from 14:00. Any early check in is possible with a supplement of €5 per hour (e.g. you want to check in at 11:00, the supplement is €15). If you want to check in before 10:00, you will pay the daily rate of the day prior to your arrival. Please note that early check-in depends on our occupancy and cannot be guaranteed. It is always possible to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge, so you can go straight to the city and start enjoying your stay in Amsterdam. Our reception is open 24/7. If you arrive late in the evening, the door may be closed. If that is the case, you can ring the bell and we will let you in.

The hotel is located in the centre of Amsterdam and most museums and attractions can be reached on foot. The tram stops Museumplein and Concertgebouw are at 2 minutes walking distance from our hotel. Tram 2 (one of the most beautiful tram routes in the world!) runs every 10-15 minutes until about midnight.

The hotel does not have its own parking facilities. It is possible to park near the hotel, the reception can give you more information. Please note that everywhere in Amsterdam there is paid parking.

From Schiphol Airport you take direct bus 397. The stop is only at a 1 minute walk from the hotel and is called Museumplein/De Lairessestraat. The travel time is approx. 30 minutes. You can buy the ticket from the bus driver. By taxi is also possible, costs are approx. €45. Travel time is approx. 25 minutes.

The hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the hotel / airport. Please check our website for the best way to travel.

We do not sell tickets for the public transport at the hotel. Tickets for the GVB trams, buses and metros can be bought in the GVB app. This app allows you to purchase GVB tickets for 1, 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 hours. You activate these tickets in the app by using the QR code and you are ready to travel. Simply check-in and check-out, also for multiple people on 1 phone. There is no WIFI required after purchase. It is also possible to buy a ticket in the tram or bus by scanning your contactless debit card, credit card or mobile payment app. Train tickets can be bought in the vending machine at the train station.

The rooms with double bed are given priority by us to guests who have booked directly with our hotel by mail, phone or on our website and who request a room with a double bed. The rooms with a double bed are always subject to availability. If you have booked through another booking website, a double bed is on request and we will of course note your preference.

Do you want to stay in your room longer, for example because your flight leaves late? Late check out is possible, based on availability. The cost of a late check out is €10 per hour after the normal check out time of 11:00. Late check out is offered up to 14:00. In case of a check out later than 14:00, charges for the entire night will apply. It is always possible to leave your luggage with us before arrival or after check out. This is a free service for our guests! TIP: Make sure you book directly with us via email, phone or our website, we only offer the first hour of late check out FREE (until 12:00).
