Get guests excited about their stay before they even check in!
As a Reservations Agent, you are the voice and contact point for future guests. You help them choose the perfect stay in Amsterdam – laying the foundation for an amazing experience.
What will you do?
As reservations agent you do not only play an important role for our future guests by helping them make their reservation. Through resolving problems with reservations before the guest even arrives in our central headquarters, you support your colleagues in our 10 different hotels by preventing problems at reception!
- Receive and process reservations
- Handle questions and requests from guests (by phone and email)
- Support the front desk, group department, and revenue team
- Provide information about our hotels, facilities, and tourist hotspots
- Other administrative tasks
Working days and hours
The reservations department is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
You are expected to work one Saturday every 3–4 weeks.

- A part-time or full-time job with lots of variety (mostly Monday to Friday)
- A contract of at least 7 months, with the possibility of extension
- A salary according to the hospitality collective agreement (function group 5) with 8% holiday pay and 25 vacation days

What are we looking for?
- You have experience in a reservation role (experience with VIPS Cloud PMS or other PMS is a plus)
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
- You live in or near Amsterdam and enjoy working independently
