At XO Hotels, we work together to ensure that our guests have a worry-free stay. As a Technical Service Employee, you are the silent force that makes sure everything works. From maintenance to small-scale renovations and replacing faulty equipment.
What will you do?
As all-round Maintenance Technician, you will be involved in a wide range of technical tasks in our hotels, such as:
- Fixing electrical faults
- Maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning systems
- Repairing plumbing, furniture, refrigerators, and other hotel amenities
- Independently identifying and resolving issues
- Assisting in small renovation and improvement projects
- Thinking along with smart solutions to make our hotels even better

What are we looking for?
- You are handy, solution-oriented, and think in possibilities
- You have experience in technical maintenance and enjoy working with your hands
- You speak Dutch or English
- You live in (or near) Amsterdam
