At XO Hotels, we are looking for a hotel receptionist who thrives on interacting with people. Someone who makes guests truly feel welcome and works with a smile every day.
What will you do?
As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for guests, whether that’s helping them with check-in, giving advice on what to do in Amsterdam, or resolving guests problems. No two days are the same at XO Hotels!
- Welcoming guests, checking them in and out
- Giving tourist tips and directions in Amsterdam and surroundings
- Answering questions, managing reservations, and handling small administrative tasks
- Problem solving to help guests enjoy their stay to the fullest
- Occasionally helping out during breakfast – teamwork is key here!
- Variation in your work: every guest is different!
What do we offer you?
- A part-time or full-time contract up to 38 hours per week
- A contract of at least 7 months, with the possibility of extension
