How cleaning works during your stay at XO Hotels

Our housekeeping team ensures your room is tidy every day, without unnecessary waste. This way, you can stay comfortably and contribute to a greener future.
At first, I wasn’t sure if the room would be cleaned every day, but the service was excellent! Everything was fresh and tidy, exactly as you would expect from a good hotel room.
During your stay, the room is cleaned as soon as the new guests have checked in. The cleaning service includes: vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathroom, replenishing toiletries and emptying the bin. If you leave towels on the floor, we will replace them. Other towels are hung back up for reuse. We clean the cups and glasses daily, and the bed linen is neatly straightened.
To reduce water and energy waste, we only change the bed linen for stays of five nights or longer. A daily extended stay counts as one continuous period. Would you prefer not to have your room cleaned during your stay? Then use the ‘Do not disturb’ card or activate the display at the door. You can use this option for a maximum of three consecutive days.
